Please read this before cancelling

* These benefits accumulate per month for 11 consecutive months at a rate of approximately $18.18 per month.  At the end of the 11th continuous order, you'll unlock the access to your full $200 store credit.

It's the most affordable way to purchase Gussy's Gut products, by far.  We will never discount larger than subscriptions.  Nothing comes close.  When you factor in the shipping savings, free gifts, and 12th order free, it's a massive savings.  

Purpose

Subscriptions (and their benefits) are not a customer's right - they are a privilege we grant specific customers under the terms herein.  Subscribing long term helps us share value-for-value.  Subscriptions give us value by helping us plan better, sign contracts with farmers for next years crops, and have the confidence to buy in larger quantities that save us money.  This is at the heart of our value-for-value exchange and our #PetsxPlanet promise to all of our customers. 

Even if this is a customer only orders every 6, 9, 14, months or any interval is welcome.  There is no minimum. 

We make it easy to participate.  No matter what your reorder interval, it helps us with our planning. We share this value with you, our subscription customer in the form of the benefits above.

You enter into our value-for-value agreement with us when you subscribe. 

White Glove Service

Questions or requests?  Subscribers get priority response and service from our dedicated Loyalty team for subscribers only within 8 business hours, 7 days a week, 5am-9pm Pacific time (8am-12pm Eastern time).

Order Frequency

On the order pages, you can select your order to come every 1, 2, 4, 8 months.  However, you can  adjust that to another interval anytime after your order.  No problem!  You literally can adjust it to any time amount in weeks or months.   Adjust it to your custom needs in the subscription portal. 

Look at your subscription email (search your email for "[Gussys Subscription]" in your email) and click the link in that email to log into your subscriber page and make your adjustments there.  We made it easy.

(Pro tip) Subscription SMS Notifications

Never worry that you miss an email.  We will send you a text message at least 3 days before every order when you sign up for text alerts and make it very easy to delay your by just texting us!  (ie.  Text "1" to delay your next order 2 weeks).  No logging in or using your web browser.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries at intervals of your choosing (ie. every month, three months, 8 months, etc). These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from your private page for your subscriptions under your account login and password. 

Free Gifts for Subscribers

In order to make subscriptions the best program for all customers, we ask you delay your subscription orders instead of cancelling. This way, you'll receive your perks at the different continuous order levels you attain (ie. order #2, order #6, order #12).   This is called "Benefit Status".   For example, if you cancel at order #4, and resubscribe, you will start at level #1 (order #1).  You will lose the benefit status of having 4 orders toward your next gift or offer.

Cancelling a Subscription (The bad news)

PLEASE READ - BEFORE CANCELLING. We encourage you to delay your next shipment, not to cancel.  Why?  Cancelling your subscription resets your benefit status back to order #1 status and can permanently ban you from subscribing again.  Please refer to the entire "Purpose" of subscriptions above and the value we receive from subscription customers and provide to you in return.  If you start and cancel subscriptions in order to receive the benefits, you are not contributing to the program's value for value exchange, and may not be invited back** in.  You are reminded of these terms before cancelling and on your portal.  We have worked very hard to be up front and give you ample notice of these terms.

Also, get SMS reminders and with the text of a number, you can delay your next shipment. We make it easy so you do not need to cancel.

We make every effort to make these terms clear here and right before you attempt to cancel in your subscription management area.  It is every customer's responsibility to review these terms.

Our customer advocacy team and management team receive and review every cancellation notification. 

Mutual Commitment

We created this so there is no question at all in what we will do or expect in return for subscribing.

Gussy's Gut will:

  1. Always notify you with at least 3-5 days of notice of your next order
  2. Make a self service, easy to use link for you to change your subscriptions anytime
  3. Provide easy SMS notifications* to you at no cost
  4. Provide white glove service to you 7 days a week to assist you within 8 business hours
  5. Lock in your pricing as long as you're continuously subscribed. 

You will:

  1. Request any changes via your self service portal or sms before shipment has been made or your order will be sent as agreed. No refunds or returns can be made after that time.
  2. Request any order changes via our customer advocacy team at least 24 hours before shipment has been made or your order will be sent as agreed. No changes, refunds, or returns can be made after that time.
  3. Agree to both whitelist emails so they are seen by you and opt in to our SMS notifications
  4. Agree if you cancel, you forfeit the "benefit status" level attained and can be banned** from subscribing again in the future
  5. Earn status based on loyalty which includes length of subscription and several other factors and will be contacted privately (by invitation only) to receive exclusive merchandise and event invitations.

Additional Discounts with Subscriptions (ie. Discount codes)

Some discount codes are not eligible with subscriptions (ie. new customer, product specific, etc).  If your code does not work in cart, it is not compatible.  We do not change terms on discount codes.
