Never worry that you miss an email. We will send you a text message 5 days before every order when you sign up for text alerts and make it very easy to delay your by just texting us! Here's an example of how easy it is:

Order Frequency
On the order pages, you can select your order to come every 1, 2, 4, 8 months. However, you can adjust that to another interval anytime after your order in your account. No problem! You literally can adjust it to any time amount in weeks or months. Adjust it to your custom needs in the subscription portal at gussysgut.com/account.
Look at your subscription email (search your emails for "Subscription") and click the link in that email to log into your subscriber page and make your adjustments there. We made it easy.
Free Gifts for Subscribers
In order to make subscriptions the best program for all customers, we ask you delay your subscription orders instead of cancelling. This way, you'll receive your perks at the different continuous order levels you attain. This is your "Benefit Status". For example, if you cancel at order #4, and resubscribe, you will start at level #1 Benefit Status (order #1). You will lose the benefit status of having 4 orders toward your next gift or offer.
Minimum Subscription Quantity Requirement
All subscriptions must include a minimum of two (2) packages per order and be part of an approved subscription bundle.
Subscriptions that fall below this 2-package minimum may be immediately canceled at our discretion, and all associated credits, perks, and benefit status may be deleted without notice.
This policy ensures that we can continue offering the pricing, free gifts, and white-glove service that make the subscription program valuable to all customers.
Cancelling a Subscription
PLEASE READ - BEFORE CANCELLING. We encourage you to delay your next shipment, not to cancel. Why? Cancelling your subscription resets your benefit status back to order #1 status and the loss of your benefits.
Also, get SMS reminders and with a simple text back to us, you can delay your next shipment. We make it easy so you do not need to cancel.
We make every effort to make these terms clear here and right before you attempt to cancel in your subscription management area. It is every customer's responsibility to review these terms.
Our customer advocacy team and management team receive and review every cancellation notification.
Mutual Agreement
We created this so there is no question at all in what we will do or expect in return for subscribing.
- Always notify you 5 days before your next order
 - Make a self service, easy to use link for you to change your subscriptions anytime
 - 
Provide easy SMS notifications* to you at no cost
 - Lock in your pricing as long as you're continuously subscribed.
 
- Agree to whitelist emails so they are seen by you and/or optin to our SMS notifications
 - Request any changes via your self service portal or sms before shipment has been fulfilled or your order will be sent as agreed. No refunds or returns can be made after that time.
 - Request any order changes via our customer advocacy team at least 3 business days prior to your order being fulfilled or your order will be sent as agreed. No changes, refunds, or returns can be made after your order is fulfilled.
 - Agree if you cancel, you forfeit the "benefit status" level attained and will start back at order #1
 - Earn status based on loyalty which includes length of subscription and several other factors and will be contacted privately (by invitation only) to receive exclusive merchandise and event invitations.
 - Maintain at least two (2) packages per subscription order. Orders below this minimum are subject to immediate cancellation and loss of credits, perks, and benefit status without prior notification.
 - Use your cash back perks within six months
 
Additional Discounts with Subscriptions (ie. Discount codes)
Some discount codes are not eligible with subscriptions (ie. new customer, product specific, etc). If your code does not work in cart, it is not compatible. We do not change terms on discount codes.
